A: It's not meant to absorb wetness, as it's not an antiperspirant. I love it because it keeps me smelling fresh *even though* I'm sweating. Antiperspirants don't stop sweat on me, but they DO start to smell sour after a while on me. Schmidt's doesn't. For DAYS, even.

I usually never review products but this deodorant works very well. When I purchased it I was just looking for a cleaner deodorant. But after using it I realized how well it actually does locks in body odor and moisture. My husband who is a 6’ 265lb sweaty powerlifter actually mentioned to me how well it works and how long it lasts (without me asking) I thought that was funny! The lavender scent is okay. I think I will try another scent when this runs out.

I stumbled upon this deodorant in the clearance section and was pleasantly surprised! The scent is absolutely heavenly if you enjoy lavender. This product lasts well over 24 hrs for me which is incredible. It goes on smooth but can be a little chunky but overall very affective with natural ingredients!

Listen up...if you have sensitive skin, please don't use this. It caused severe rash on my underarms. I started having puss coming out after few uses. I think it's the baking soda in the deodorant causing this. It caused huge burn. Not good at all

If you’re thinking about switching to a natural deodorant, try this one! I was nervous to make the switch to aluminum free deodorant, but this one kept my pits from sweating and smells amazing! I am a natural sweaty girl so I am so impressed by this product’s effectiveness. My only complaint is that it is difficult to wind the deodorant stick up.

I really loved the scent of this deodorant for me. I’m a sucker for all things lavender! I really liked the natural ingredients in this brand. It went on smooth and seemed to last throughout the day! I try to rotate between brands since I read an article somewhere that this helps prevent the deodorant from starting to stop working. I will definitely keep this brand in my rotation!

I have used a lot of different deodorants, traditional, natural, and home made. This is the worst I have ever tried. Traditional deodorants work as long as they last and then make you smell worse later, and natural ones are less effective but don't make you smell terrible after. This is the worst of both worlds, where it is ineffective AND makes me smell terrible, before, during, and after use. I switched back to a salt block and within a day or two I notably smell better. Absolute waste of time and money. You would be better off not wearing anything.

Upon my goal to switch to aluminum free natural deodorants I tried this brand. I gave it months after reading it can take time for your body to adjust to the natural ingredients. Unfortunately for me I found myself sweating more than ever. I never experienced body odor before, probably because I used a different deodorant prior to this but this brand did not help with body odor or sweating. I switched to another natural brand after this one and found success. May work for others but not for me

I’ve been on my natural deodorant journey for a few years now. This has to be one of the best i’ve tried that actually works. I took off one star just because it’s easy to use too much. It has caused some pit stains on my shirt because of the coconut oil, but it was user error. Love this scent and the ingredients!

My favorite deodorant! The lavender scent is my favorite. Clean and light scent. It goes on smooth and works so well. It’s a tad bit pricier but not too bad in comparison to other natural deodorants!

I really enjoyed the smell of this deodorant. It has a nice lavender fragrance that lasts all day. After hot yoga, I still smelled really good. It's kinda annoying if/when deodorant gets on my shirt, but it washes out easily in the laundry. I would recommend!

I have been using natural deodorants for years, without any issues at all. This is the first time I tried the Lavender and Sage by Schmidt's and I developed a terrible rash under my arms. It took over a week to clear up, even though I had only used the deodorant for a couple of days. After it cleared up, I waited a week and tried it one more time...just to make sure it was the deodorant that caused the rash, and not something else. Sure enough, the next day I had the rash again. I am really disappointed in the product.
