So far have driven from Chicago to Arizona with this rack, holding two bikes. The straps loosened and had to be tightened at every gas stop. It also did a lot of wobbling, but still did the job (which is why I gave it three stars). Then using it to drive a single bike only 20 miles the straps that s...see moreof the reviewer's review

Recently upgraded my trunk bike rack from an old hand-me-down from the 1970's or 80's to this. So far I'm happy with the product. The rack is light and has foam cushions in appropriate places to protect the paint on my vehicle. The directions we're mostly easy to understand, there are a few photos i...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought this to drive my bike from LA to Seattle. It was amazing I barely noticed I was towing a bike! Set up from box to on my car took less than 10 min. I checked at every gas station stop I did, the straps were fine. I tighten them more a couple times, but just for my own sanity. DONT SKIP THE END...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought for a trip from California to Utah. Barely held together and felt like my bike was about two seconds from flying off the whole time. The plastic mounts that the bike sits on warped and tore and didn't really do their job. And that happened because the bike is hardly secure with only the two m...see moreof the reviewer's review

We used it only three time and thinking in return it. Have to check the straps over and over because it doesn't stay tight. The bike moved a lot and I wasn't even driving in the freeway.see moreof the reviewer's review

the rack fit our car (ford escape), but the straps kept coming loose, no matter how many times we tightened and knotted them. The top clasps were the only ones that actually stayed connected to the car for the 1.5 hour drive. Every bump was terrifying. Needless to say, we returned this.see moreof the reviewer's review

Wouldn't stay tight. Involved a strap, loop and hook rig. Tightened it before and after mounting bike but it was still lose. Took it back the same day. Seems pretty well constructed for the price, just poorly designed.see moreof the reviewer's review
