I purchased this from Target and rode my bike with the iPhone in the mount and I hit a bump in the road and it fell out and dropped my phone and it cracked the glass and glass screen cover.

While it may work great for some phones, especially those that are not in a case, it did not secure our phones. We have an iPhone 13 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy A23. Both are in cases. Neither was secure in this mount. Plus, due to the grip location, it kept triggering the iPhone to take photos and calling up the SOS screen. We plan to return and try another phone mount option.

If you hit bumps the phone is at extreme risk of popping out of case clamp

It did not do what it supposed to do which is hands free phone carrying phone protection

It's okay until you hit a bumpy street or dip, and your phone flies out of it. Thank God I had my phone case strap around my handlebar just because I don't trust anything 100% these days. But normal travel it works great, I just like to test stuff.

Have to take my phone protection off to have it seat securely or a bump will dislodge it from holder. It happened. Rather keep my phone protection on. It protects against falls.

Never used. Returned. Bike was too big!

The bottom tabs are not tall enough for a phone already in a case. My phone slipped out the bottom on a ride the first time I used it. It is only effective at holding it in place when nearly horizontal as a result of my phone case.

Flimsy and calls cops every time I put my phone in.

Nice feature added to my bike for riding around the neighborhood. Holds my phone safely. I enjoy this added option.

Does not grip phone well at all. Falls right out. Maybe if you have a slimmer phone with no case, it might work.

The side panels that adjust to fit the width of your phone obstruct the side volume buttons and side power button on my iPhone and the emergency SOS keeps getting pressed when I secure it in place and I can’t adjust the volume if I’m listening to music while riding my bike. They should have accounted for that.

Phone dropped out after 2 bumps. Does not stay secure. Returned it already. Schwinn should pay for damage to phone now.

I originally bought a for my Segway Ninebot Kickscooter, but apparently it doesn't fit. The quality is nice, the only con is that it powers off your phone if the power button is where the edge of the phone holder is. Just place your phone a bit higher, which makes it almost perfect. Overall not bad.

If there is a bump in the road or sidewalk you can bet your phone will drop. Will return it ASAP.
