A: If the guest chooses "free order pickup" instore when purchasing on Target.com, or purchases instore, the bike will be fully assembled. If the bike is purchased through Target.com and shipped to the guest's address of choice, the bike will come unassembled.

A: NO. The answer above mine is WRONG. I ordered online and picked up in store. The bike was NOT assembled and they had no one onsite that day who could assemble it. Target's Help section on their website says bikes ordered online and picked up in store *MAY* be assembled, but it doesn't say that they absolutely will be. It's confusing because it then says that all bikes over 20" are assembled and on display. This wasn't true in my experience.
