These clips are super cute and would be perfect for a little girl with thin whisky hair. The clip is quite small and wouldn’t hold much hair though, so not great for someone with thick hair or hoping to hold back a lot of hair with one clip. The colors are very cute as well!

My daughter has been using these every day! Some days she uses them to hold her bangs back. Other days she puts them in her updo. These metal butterfly clips are really cute but very small. Package says for 5+ but I would actually say they work best for 5 and under. They hold such a small amount of hair that they'd be most adorable on a toddler. They seem to be really strong and will stay in the hair well. These clips work perfectly keeping the flyaways out of my daughter’s face (she’s five) because they’re a little smaller than a standard snap clip. My daughter loves the colors and the butterfly shape. It’s a very fun addition to her clip collection. These clips seem as sturdy as her other clips. I like that they can hold smaller amounts of hair but still stay clipped in (they aren’t too heavy). She has very fine hair and they still work great! I gave these cute butterfly clips to my niece and she immediately put one in her hair! She has thin, wispy hair and they stayed in fairly well. My only thought would be two of each colors to hold both sides of the hair back, but I love the color options they come in and think they are super cute. Great clips for fine and also thick hair! We shared some with my niece, who has super fine hair. They have a little rubber or silicone feeling and stayed great in her hair, but they are also decent sized for my daughter's thick hair. The author of this review received a free sample of this product.

My daughter absolutely loves these butterfly clips. They are tiny, but have a very strong clip, so stay in her hair all day. We haven’t had any issues with the clips pulling at her hair, which sometimes can happen with clips!
