about this item

Storage: Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze.

Directions: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove frozen fish from the packaging. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake for 17 to 21 minutes (Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Fully cooked fish should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).

Microwave Oven: Place 2 frozen fish fillets in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Loosely cover and cook on High power for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes (Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Fully cooked fish should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).

For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Let stand covered for about 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven.

Thawing for Finishing Sauce: Place sauce packet under refrigeration overnight, or place sauce packet in cold water. Knead packet before opening. Drizzle sauce over fish before serving. To Heat Sauce (optional): Pour sauce from thawed packet into a microwave-safe container and heat on High for 10 to 15 seconds, or pour sauce from thawed packet into a sauce pan and heat over Medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Excellent! And I am a decent cook, but I saw this and thought why not. Might be good for lunch at work. I ended up eating it for dinner. Made Indian rice. And added fresh jumbo shrimp to it's sauce. Im not sure why the other reviewer said it smelled funny. No it didn't. Its delicious, try it, you...see moreof the reviewer's review

It smelled a lot like cleaning products, and the taste was weird. It definitely did not have a strong fishy taste, but that instead was replaced by this other indescribable taste. Anyways, i would not but this again and Ill now stay away from any Sea Cuisine seafood.see moreof the reviewer's review
