I am a huge Calphalon fan. Ive tried the stainless steel, and non stick sets. I love the look of the stainless steal so I decided to purchase this one. The food cooks well and evenly. Love these pans! Even if something burns on them just use a little Bartender's Friend to clean it right off. Super quality! My old pans were cheap & didn't sit level on my stove. I love that my pots & pans don't rock back & forth on my burners anymore. So happy!see moreof the reviewer's review

I love the stainless steel construction of the Select Calphalon pans. They heat evenly when I cook with them with no hot spots which means that meals come out cooked perfectly.
