A: Same happened to me. In fact, I had two of these back in 2017&2018 I bought for my visitors. I stored them away since covid had lasted so long and took them out again to use. What do you know, deflated for no reason. Cannot find the leak. I suspect it’s the pump area, perhaps bad Seal with age over time.

A: Hi Turbo - thanks for your question! The use of airbeds, in general, are made for ground level sleeping. Standard bed frames are not meant to hold an air mattress, however, it may be possible to place one on a frame with some type of flat, full coverage solid area for a mattress (such as plywood or a box spring). Placing an airbed directly on a frame without support under the airbed is not recommended. Hope this helps to answer your question!

A: Thank you for the great question Tong. All PVC air mattress go through an off gassing process and the smell will dissipate after a short period of time. Serta mattresses adhere to federal regulations and are safe. To help the smell to dissipate more quickly, blow up your air mattress, and let it sit for 24 hours in a well ventilated room.
