Q: I got these at the same time as the white tulip table. Quickly after assembling and using, they needed to be tightened. Now they won't tighten anymore, they squeak and move a lot. I'm worried that they are going to fall apart soon. What do I do?

We purchased 8 of these and have now had 3 break with typical use. Super disappointing and 100% would not recommend. Very weak chairs. And irreparable.

Beautiful chairs and I wanted to keep them so badly, but unfortunately they just feel a little too short for our 30” H table. Sadly will be sending back to find something with a 19” seat height.

The chairs look good when you finally put it together, but the directions are not easy to follow and the piece don’t fit together well. The seats don’t even have holes to screw into, you just have to screw directly into the wood and hope it’s right. My partner and I are quite handy and it took us well over an hour to put the two together…

do not buy those chairs, I should have listened to the bad reviews, those chairs are falling apart, screws keep getting loose and you need to fix it every day to keep the chair together. They are nice looking but so no worth the trouble.

These chairs are garbage. Avoid. I rarely if ever write reviews of items I buy but these are beyond awful and frustrating. I called Target to have the first ones replaced because they broke and the replacements broke too. We are not heavy people. We are very light in fact. So this has nothing to do with weight bearing. This is simply an incredibly inferior product made out of garbage and poorly manufactured. Avoid at all costs.

HAZARD: Accident waiting to happen

Do NOT buy these chairs no matter how much you like them. I have had these chairs for ONLY 6 months... and one of them just collapsed under me. Not only were they used for literally 6 months, they haven't even been sat on much! They get very light usage from 2 adults who are by no means overweight. Like, it literally just collapsed and broke and I fell down. A sharp shard of wood came out and this could have ended really badly. Thankfully no one was hurt this time. I tried to "report an issue" but Target says the return window is closed. One of the screws looks bent, which means it wasn't strong enough to withstand the pressure. I don't know what else to do with the other 3 chairs (I bought 4) because I don't want the other ones collapsing under anyone else. Will be calling Target. What if I was holding an infant? Or was old?

Love the way these look, I hope they hold up over time! The assembly process personally took me a long time, and I had to fix the chair a couple of times because it wobbled, but they were worth the time! Look great with the matching table. Very happy with purchase.

A little tricky to assemble - the diagram wasn’t very clear. But overall not bad, and one person can put them together. Nice lines, and comfortable to sit in. The only weird thing is they’re really lightweight. It’s not bad, just takes some getting used to.

These chairs are great quality. I was slightly concerned with some of the reviews I read but to address the main complaints - 1) They were very easy to put together. I assembled both on my own. Yes there are no holes for the seat cushion (because you’re supposed to align it yourself) and any power drill will put the screws in quickly. 2) The quality of the chair is very nice. Wood looks well made/designed. Chair cushion fabric seems to hold up well to my toddlers spills. The chair cushion itself is slightly hard. 3) The chair does not feel unsteady on its legs. Again, my toddler has tested its limits (pushing back on 2 legs etc) and it still feels quite secure. Can’t beat the quality and look for the price. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and I have been wanting these chairs for awhile. When I saw the sale went ahead and bought them. They are as pretty as I thought they would be especially in the mint against the dark wood. Had to take off a star because ordered two chairs and both don’t sit evenly on the floor. Both chairs wooble. Even did the drop test and still wobbly. As long as you put them on thicker carpet your ok. Disappointing because I love them so much I would buy four more to go with dining room table but area rug is too thin to stop the wobble.
There isn't any screw holes to put the seat on.

I recieved this product and I assembled it. The last step asks for you to screw the seat down with L brackets and it wasn't equipped with the holes to place the screws or anything. I had my brother drill holes using his elecrtic screw driver, then he screwed the srews into the L brackets. The quality is nice though.

Chairs have a great finish and stylish. Confortable to sit and eat. The only think didn’t like was the instructions and how to put them together. There are no wholes on the base to screw the legs, basically you have to open them.

These chairs are really good looking for the price, and look exactly like the photo. The wood has that fake wood look, but for the price they are great. Putting them together was kind of a nightmare and took hours, we bought 6 and I gave up after awhile and my husband had to finish them the next day (our last chairs I just twisted the legs on, this one requires 16 screws per chair and a lot of maneuvering). They’re comfortable enough for the style of chair and sturdy enough for my 180lb husband, but not sure I’d recommend for larger folks.

Good looking, comfortable, sturdy and not too small or big. The beige color is very light so I plan to use a fabric protector. The chair is fairly lightweight which , for me , is not a bad thing. Each chair takes about 20 minutes to put together. For the price, they exceeded my expectations.
