  • A: Upcycled oat protein is how we're re-using the leftover pulp from oat milk production, boasting 3x the protein and 2x the fiber of regular oats. First, oats and water are mixed and milled to make oat milk. Next, enzymes are added to breakdown the oat starch. Finally, the starchy oat milk is separated from the oat pulp, which gets dried and blended into our oat protein. Nothing else added!

    I wanted to like these, but after following the directions, it came out as a pile of mush and not a pancake. The flavor of the mush was ok, but it did not resemble a pancake.

    Pleasantly surprised by these!! Was skeptical at first with the great ingredients and easy mix. These are delicious!! There are oat pieces in the mix that change the texture, but don’t take away from the flavor. Would recommend!!!

    Liked the ingredients & simplicity….Followed directions, tried on 2 different pans, tried with & without oil ….disaster each time. How can something so simple & easy go so wrong?!?! Perhaps it’s me but they don’t feel worth fighting with anymore. Shame they were pricey to just throw away 🥴

    Surprisingly good. My son who is 10 and picky even liked these. I found that the recipe worked best when not doubled. I am happy about the ingredients and the pumpkin spice flavor. While the price isn’t cheap, you are getting a higher quality product. Great brand.
