Q: Has the issue with the nozzle not working been resolved? I don't want to purchase another defective item. I see many others are having this problem.

Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing packaging shortages, Our consumer science team is aware of this and is already testing some new options. I like the cleaner itself, the smell is neutral, it is septic safe and does a decent job. Unfortunately I bought a 2 pack and both bottles split on the side leaving me with a handful of toilet cleaner.

I am also impressed that it is safe for pets - if you have one of those dogs that like to sneak drinks from the toilet, I definitely highly recommend this product! 💯

The scent isn’t overwhelming, thankfully because it’s weird to have a minty toilet. It feels like it could have been stronger but I’m probably being biased and am comparing it to the heavy chemical laden products I’m used to. The toilet was sufficiently cleaned and I am happy for that. I’d be interested in trying other scents or varieties. 8/10 recommend.

From the way that it smelled from the hole where the product runs out from making it, so the right amount comes out from the shape of the bottle to make it fit perfectly in your hands, it was just absolutely perfect. Some people underestimate toilet bowl cleaners… I truly appreciate a good one when I use it & this one is a new fav! The smell is great… I usually like to see where I put the cleaner… but you can see where you are putting this cleaner by it actually cleaning. We have weird water, so I’m constantly cleaning toilet bowls. It drives me crazy. I feel like since I’ve been using this product, I haven’t had to scrub as much. Plus our bathroom smells like fresh mint. I would buy this again & recommend it to anyone:)
