Shark is a fantastic company and have always made things right, now I had a six fan air purifier and the clean air sensor went bad so they sent me the never change max and I’ve had for few weeks and now the clean air sensor is not reflecting clean air like my other air purifier’s. So I’m going to contact them tomorrow to see what they will do about this one.

We are experiencing the California Wildfires and I purchased this model to purify the air. The selling points being the purpose of the device, the 1450 sq ft range of coverage and the neverchange feature. I did not plan on my home being filled with fragrance. We are a family with allergies and migraine sufferers.

I bought this several years ago. It worked great for a year and then quit working. Shark honored the warranty and sent a new machine, but would only allow a year warranty on it because it was a replacement. It was a new machine! They know these machines won’t last. They purposely build them that way. Guarantee this one craps out right after the warranty expires.

I have had this air purifier for 1 week. Took all filter out to clean, however they were just a little dusty. I have an American Bully that is very active and sheds alot. I dust & vacuum every day. I'm gonna check it again next week. I think it smells fresher in our home from using it.

So far it kicks on occasionally but I am still seeing a ton of dust in my home. I wish it made the house smell better without a smelly cartridge. Moving it to the kitchen as it seems to be the only place it works

I purchased my first one around the middle of December 2024. Getting it set up was extremely simple. We have 4 dogs and 3 parrots so the pet dander and bird dust is heavy in our home. After 1 week I cleaned the screens that were completely covered and pulled the big filter and swept that off. It didn't show that it needed cleaned, but I figured it was going to need it. It worked so well that December 26, 2024 they went on sale and we bought a second one. I've noticed that the first one isn't running on high anymore and the air is 100% better. I highly recommend this product

I love this machine! You just set it and forget it! It does its job beautifully! This is our second machine,I loved the first one so much,I bought this one for the back bedrooms. It covers 3 bedrooms easily, and you really notice a difference in air quality. I heard reviews saying it was a loud machine but it’s not. This machine is well worth the money!

We bought this over a month ago. At first it was staying at 100% with a blue ring. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 people living in the house so it was surprising that the air was "clean". One we cooked and did some vacuuming it kicked in and dropped to 50% and started cleaning the air. We love that it shows current air quality and that it has the Eco feature, we leave it on all the time, 24 hours a day.

I sell appliances and have a Dyson PH04 purifier which is great. But Shark is also a Great purifier highly recommend! I would like to know where to get the replacement odor cartridge .
