It's super lite which made me think it wasn't going to be powerful enough, was I wrong. My girlfriend thought I was crazy throwing different kinds of cereal,rice and some dry beans on the carpet. Sucked everything right up. Great presnt for her new car.

Very useful for everyday cleaning at home and every where

I've owned this Shark Ultracyclone Pet Pro+ for barely 1 month and it's no longer charging. It turns blue and blinks when you charge it. Then when you turn it on it comes on for 1 second and turns off as if it needs to be charged. This is the 2nd Shark vacuuum item I've owned that has disappointed.

It is a little loud but works well. I like the power brush.

Not as good as I had hoped it would be. My daughter loves Shark, I have used Dyson for years. I have had this unit for just shy of one month. We have two furry family members. One short fur and one a little longer. The motorized self cleaning brush does not due a good job, (back to the tape lift off method). Looking at the literature that came with the unit, I saw that a passive nozzle was listed, that sounded like something I would like. Not available for my model. That would have been nice for fast pickups or the bathroom. Back to my Dyson for that. Found the the scrubbing brush did a better job at picking up pet fur than the motorized pet tool. On the plus side I like how it feels when I use it, the handle is comfortable and the overall weight makes it easy to use. Not sure if I will buy another shark or not at this time.

Love this little handheld. Or should say I did love it. Very powerful. Perfect for what I need. However, I’ve had it for about 8 months and the plastic bit that holds the attachments in place has cracked leaving it unusable. Really not acceptable at all. Very disappointing. Will not buy again nor recommend.

Doesn’t pick up much . Have to continue charging and empting does not pick up good

I waited 4 months to write this review and I have to say I am impressed with this vacuum. It had mixed reviews however, I have had zero problems with it. It cleans up small messes and is convenient and light. It still runs around 20 minutes with a full charge. I would buy this again.

The suction is okay, but the battery life is awful. I can use it for maybe 3 minutes and it needs to be charged again. Very disappointed, because I thought this was a good brand.

I would give this a five if I did not have to keep replacing a part. The clear plastic tip cracks easy. I deal with it until it gets two bad. But over all it works great. Needs a stronger design to the tip.

Does a good job but dirt, hair and lint sticks to the end (clear) tip so it needs to be cleaned frequently. Not as strong as I was hoping for the brand.

Loved it for the first two months it worked. Then it completely stopped working and won’t charge. Wish I could get my money back.

Great for quick pick ups, hard to reach places in your car or home. Primarily bought it for my car, the only reason for the 3 star rating is the battery life sucks

This is the best hand held vacuum I have owned. It has good suction, attachments and the battery lasts for small cleanups.
