The massage part is just a bunch points digging into your foot. It hurts. The compression part is nice but it’s not great. There’s absolutely no heat on this thing and the settings are very hard to understand cause there are no instructions. It’s ok but not great. Im gonna return.

I was so excited for this. Primarily, I was looking forward to the heating component. Second, the massage component sounded amazing. However, the heating seems to be minimum to nothing at all. The massage portion hurts. I mean, I like a deep tissue massage, but this is PAINFUL. Nothing relaxing about it and the compression piece is too much. The settings aren’t easy to understand either and there’s not much variation. I’m sad. I usually find Sharper Image products to be useful and well made. I’m sadly returning this after just using it for a little bit this morning.

This is the best foot massager I’ve ever bought. I was in so much back and neck pain after being on my feet all day. I did 30 minutes on this, and my pain decreased greatly. As someone with chronic pain, this is a MUST.

I bought this after seeing so many 5 star reviews, but unfortunately the massage from this item is too painful. The heel has a lot of small, firm, rounded cylinders massaging your heel, and it is too intense. I wish it was more of the traditional larger, rotating spheres like they’ve installed on the arch of the foot area. I cannot recommend this product.

I do like the pressure it gives but at times I feel that it’s a bit too much so I can’t use it for long periods. I do think it helps and feels pretty good but it’s heavy and a bit clunky so wish it was thinner and not as heavy. I would recommend it though.

It is easy to use and has multiple functions so you can get the massage you need. My shoe size ranges from 10.5-11 and my feet are wide, but they still fit comfortably. I like the heat option and that you can change the level of pressure you get. I would definitely recommend this!

The first time I used it it seemed uncomfortable when the divise squeeze your foot but I used it again and it didn't seem as bad. I think I had it turned up to high. The buttons don't seem to tell you the how high you go. So after the first time I felt it was relaxing and my feet felt rejuvenated. There is a timer so you don't have to keep track of it yourself.

I love that I can chose the options I want such as pressure and heat. I think it even gave me some relief with my plantar facititis. It is east to store and easy to use.
