Each cup of siggi's nonfat vanilla skyr uses 4x the amount of milk than a regular cup of yogurt — making it rich in protein. siggi's skyr is thick and creamy — ideal as a nonfat addition to breakfast, a nutritious snack, or an easy afternoon pick-me-up. Great high protein yogurt option. 18g per serving is very impressive - better than Greek. Clean ingredients, some sugar but it helps balance the flavors. Very smooth and creamy despite being fat free. Good vanilla flavor.

I'm used to consuming Chobani Greek Yogurt, so that will be my line of reference. In comparison, this vanilla yogurt is less sweet and tastes like a mild sour cream. I probably wouldn't enjoy it by itself, but I have been using it as a dip (substitute for hummus). Due to its tangy flavour profile, it works that way. Adding berries or some honey to it will improve the taste. Other than that, it's high protein and will meet your needs on the practical front

The brand itself 10/10 and taste is beyond delicious. My favorite is the vanilla and the plain. However, check the dates before purchasing. I've found expired ones at 2 diff targets before.

This is literally the only yogurt I will eat. It’s healthy but tastes good to me. Many other yogurts have too much sugar or too bland for me to eat. All about your preference but I’ve really enjoyed eating this yogurt almost daily.

Icelandic style yogurt is thicker and milder than Greek and I think tastes better. Siggi does a great job of adding just the right amount of sweet with out overdoing it. Typically pricier than others but you get what you pay for on quality.
