My first try at Cashew milk. Tried soy and almond, not a fan. I make a dairy milk drink before bed sometimes to which I add nutmeg, cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla and a little honey. The cashew milk has a pleasant taste right out of the carton that satifies as much as my concoction. I'm experimenting with alternatives to cows milk. Wish me luck.

WOW. wow. my favorite milk to use is vanilla unsweetened almond milk. i didn’t have super high hopes for cashew milk but wanted to try it out. i am so glad i did. so thick and creamy, and has a subtle sweetness. i use this now in my cream of wheat and it’s perfect.

I just finished a glass of the Silk Cashew Milk with a sweet treat (chocolate). It made for a great pairing and was very satisfying! I use it in my smoothies too. I used to love a glass of milk and became lactose intolerant. This product works for me which I enjoy and appreciate. :)

I could not disagree with the few bad reviews more! I’m writing this in hope that the product will persist and be expanded into shelf-stable small sizes. This is one of the creamiest non-dairy milks and I love it! Low calorie and high calcium, yum! My only complaint is that I can’t find the vanilla in a variety of stores, closer to home, which is more of a compliment.
