Bitter taste and spongy texture... I was really disappointed with this one. I had purchased a different brand from Target in Florida and everyone loved it. I couldn’t find it here so tried this one, toasted it, put butter on it but just do not like it. Too bad because it’s got really great ingredients but just not worth the money or the weigh watchers points for me.

Best bread apart from Eziekiel brand bread. I only buy organic wholesome breads and sprouted grain in particular, being a health nut! Tastes so good! I keep frozen as I don’t eat bread every day, so perfect to pull out of freezer to toast and eat with some natural peanut butter!

great tasting bread, organic, made with sprouted grains and non GMO which is the most important factor for me. I also like other breads from Silver Hills bakery. Too bad that Target only carries a few and most of the times they are out of stcok. When I find it this bread I buy several packages and keep them frozen

This bread is awesome. It has a nutty whole grain flavor and this is not a dry bread. I would definitely buy this again. I brought it to a group of friends for a snack and they all loved it.
