Q: I just purchased the 5x7 and 7x10, and laid the 5x7 today over my other rug, strangely enough the rug was 2 inches shorter than the advertised measurement of 5x7... is this a manufacturing error? What to do?

This rug was perfect for under my dinning room table. You do have to vacuum it constantly to keep it looking clean. It is a very off white looks dirty even when it’s not. After about 4 months of owning this rug I cut the tassels off because they started to fray.

It stained very easily and has been a nightmare to try and clean. Spot treating doesn’t work. I have no pets and we are a shoes off household but it still stained and got really dingy. DEFINITELY don’t recommend for a high traffic area or if u have kids or pets.

I would not buy this again. It's a beautiful rug, don't get me wrong but we've had it for under a month and it is extremely discolored. we are a no pet, no kids household and almost never wear shoes in here. however when we have had guests we don't make them take their shoes off. I still don't feel a rug should get stains and turn brown so quickly. I'm incredibly bummed and feel we really wasted money on this one.

This rug is exactly as described. It matches well with the other “sour cream” by hearth and hand. I have uploaded a photo of it next to a shower curtain that is the same color. Both with lights on and off for comparison. Overall a great value for the price.

I am surprised this rug has negative reviews because I love it. It’s crisp and clean. It was exactly what I was looking for, without looking! I can eventually see myself layering a smaller rug on top.

I waited forever for this to be available. The color is NOT white, not even off-white. It has a yellow/dingy tinge to it. So disappointing. The quality seems OK for the price.
