Tried using this machine 3 times! Regardless of adjusting the tension wheels slowly, I couldn't make much difference to the loopy stitches. I wish now that I had gone with my gut and complained right then to SINGER, instead of thinking it was the user!!!!! I finally called SINGER today - it is appa...see moreof the reviewer's review

I purchased this machine a year ago and have been delighted with it. I found the included DVD very helpful and refer back to it often when trying out new techniques. I was unsure what to expect as was well aware that these machines in general can be difficult to thread, but I can say that after taki...see moreof the reviewer's review

Since I purchased this serger it has been no end of trouble. My fault - should have let them run the machine in the store before I paid for it. Then I would have known that the lower looper was broken. Straight out of the box! Then I would have known that the accessories kit was missing. No tweezer,...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have an older Singer serger and chose Singer once again for my new machine. I love it! It does everything I need for my sewing needs. It's easy to use and easy to follow the directions for changing tensions, threads, etc. and you get a great machine for the price.see moreof the reviewer's review

This is my fifth one of these. The tension disk don't work. Not made for big projects. The finger that loops the thread keeps breaking. I've received two straight from the box broken. Don't waste your money.see moreof the reviewer's review

But it came threaded so I grabbed some scrap material and started serging WOW what a great machine. I have changed threads now several times..it is so quick and easy.. Very basic serger. For beginners like me this model is great. The freearm feature is why I got this one. Once you get the hang of threading it, its a breeze. I need to still try the different features.see moreof the reviewer's review

This is not an easy machine to use, I have had nothing but trouble with it from the beginning. Threading info is very hard to follow, plus the color coding is hard to tell the yellow from the orange. Different shades might have had better results. I bought this machine in 2011, used it twice and now...see moreof the reviewer's review
