I have been buying these every week for a couple of years. The last three purchases have been a huge disappointment - taste and texture way different. :(. The taste is bad. The first couple of times I chalked it up to possibly melting and being refrozen, but the third time it happened I’m convinced the recipe has changed. So bummed.

I used to enjoy these so much! Recently I’ve been buying these though and the texture and taste is totally off. Sandwich isn’t as thick, ice cream isn’t as creamy and the cookie is soggy and sticky. The ice cream almost has a very icy texture to it. I was looking at reviews and it looks like this was an issue back in 2017 but I remember them still being pretty good until about a month ago. Not sure if they changed it in 2017, changed it back to the original and then changed it back to the 2017 recipe again? Idk what happened because these used to be so delicious but now the texture is gross and they have no flavor. Please bring back your original recipe!

they changed their recipe and it’s not the same. the ice cream has a more icy texture if that makes sense, less creamy. the cookie itself is very soft and sticky and fragile. the macros are even different. maybe supply chain issues and trying to cut costs? i rarely ever leave negative reviews but it sucks because these used to be so good and were a tasty option for my fitness journey when i wanted something that tasted great but wasn’t high in calories. i probably won’t buy these again, i’ll have to find something else.

I just bought these at my local grocery store and I’m glad I did! I’m in a calorie deficit so it’s been difficult trying to find sweets that aren’t to high in calories.
