The mat is soft yet durable to allow for spitup and accidents during tummy time. Toys hang low enough to engage but not be a risk. Great overall product

We invested in this, trusting the Carter's brand, and couldn't be happier. It's very soft for babies to lay on with many things to catch their attention if they roll over onto their back. We put our daughter on here and give her a few toys and she scoots around and really loves it. We highly recommend this product to other parents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little play gym. It is soft and comfortable for a baby to lay on and get tummy time or play time on. There is an elephant pillow to help hold their head and support. It comes with the 2 arches used to hang the toys on, which can later be removed for older babies who want to sit and play on the mat. The toys are cute, all safari themed and squeak, rattle and make noise for great entertainment. I like that the gym is neutral color so that it can be used for either a boy or girl, or saved for another baby later on. Overall It’s a great quality play gym that is easy to assemble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Carter’s Safari Play Gym for my son and he love laying on it or having his tummy time and play just loves at all the animals especially the elephant pillow which it just so cute . I absolutely love how adorable the 5 hanging toys are and that they are interactive (musical elephant with teether, leopard with squeaker, crinkle lion, giraffe with rattle, sloth with baby mirror). I would definitely recommend this Carter’s safari Play gym for anybody with a little one. And loves safari animals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby loves this mat! It is plush and crinkly. It has five toys that all have different functions, and the elephant pillow is so cute! The design of the mat is gorgeous, with adorable safari animals in soft, muted colors. I usually shove away the baby mat when guests came over, but this one is cute enough to stay out. I really like that the arches are high, so the toys don’t smack him in the face as others do. The mat is spot clean only, but baby spit-up wipes off nicely. I love that it can grow with the baby, and he’ll have a plush mat to sit on while he’s learning to keep himself up.

The material is soft but the mat is thin - I have to put a blanket under it. I love the coloring and the safari theme. It was super easy to set up so you are able to put it away once done using it. i will say, it is smaller than the other play gym we have, but it works!

My son loves it a lot and it keeps him entertained for a while. The rainbow plush pillow is his favorite. The only thing is that I wish the bed was little thicker. But overall it’s a great thing to have and I highly recommend getting it.

The setup was simple and easy, and I had it put together in minutes. The included elephant pillow is great for tummy time and it’s soft and well padded. The smaller hanging toys are also versatile and varied for entertainment. The only improvement that can be done is the base mat should be more padded. At the edges I can feel the clips through the mat. But just in general the mat is minimally padded and could be more comfortable.

This play mat is big enough for the our twins to lay together. Each hanging toy has a different texture and makes a different noise. This Carters play mat also washes up really well!

There's several toys to look at for him and the comfy elephant pillow gives his back alittle support so he doesn't roll and get stuck. It's a very cute color nuteral play gym. I recommend it

The little toys that come with it keep him so occupied. It is easy to put away when not in use. Super compact and very soft. I wish I had this when my others were younger
