Slim, streamlined, and truly wireless, Skullcandy Indy lets you experience your soundtrack with a whole new level of freedom. From the streets to the mountains, you can count on excellent water-resistance, unique touch controls, and a remarkable 16 hours of battery life.
My husband has bigger ears than the average person so these were perfect. The tiny little “standard” size ones that come from every brand would fall out and he couldn’t even dream of trying to exercise in them. These are perfect. They are bulky for a normal ear sized person, but for him they are great, even for running. Sound great too.
Came broken. One side will not charge. Going to return these and find something else. The customer service from skull candy only replied that they are experiencing a high volume of requests, 4 days ago. Bad experience overall.
These disconnect and reconnect constantly about half the time. Especially when I was in the gym with likely many, many bluetooth signals. The other half they work great! However at 84.99 they gotta work better than that, and I got them on sale for ~$50 and that's still too much. My top 2 uses for headphones is studying and working out so I will be returning. The skull candy wireless sesh earbuds are smaller which I like but both items are a bit inconsistent initially connecting to my laptop, however sesh works great with my phone.
These are really a love/hate relationship....they are my first pair of wireless headphones, so I am not biased. First, I like the sound isolation--I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and have had no problems with sound being too low. However, they disconnect frequently--which is frustrating when you're in the zone working hard & then you have to deal with that. I am also very disappointed on their life. The "16 Hour" battery life is for the case.....not the continuous amount of ear bud use. So again, they will die when I'm in the middle of something so then I have to charge them for a while & have nothing to listen to in the mean time. But, the sound quality and isolation is up to par for the Skullcandy Brand. So if you don't use them for long periods of time, they may be good for you. Also, I got them on the Black Friday Preview sale ($50) so that's the only reason I didn't return them for old school corded headphones.
When we bought these. i was very excited, i had wanted these specifically for a long time. I thought they were good. when i first got them they worked just fine. it was quite a hassle connecting them and when i did get them to connect, they stopped working. they right ear just completely shut down and would not charge nor turn on. so naturally, we took it back to target and then just today i got them again. they worked great until the right ear got extremely quite and we couldn’t figure it out. terrible luck or just a bad company. either way i am disappointing.
Bought these on 11/09/2019, charged them in the case and connected just fine. They fit to the ear very well and will not fall out, even during working out. The controls are a bit touchy, but the sound is good and clear. The only con and what I do not like is the volume could be way louder when it is on max. I connected mine to the IPhone 11 and turned my phone all the way up and my ear pods it’s just not loud enough.
The sound cuts out of them. When they work they sound good, but the cutting out and dropping connection is a deal breaker. Fortunately I only had them a day and noticed the issue soon. I'll look for another skullcandy style.
