Skyline Furniture Custom Upholstered Tufted Square Ottoman

I have had this ottoman for less than a year (~10 months) and wanted to provide a review. It was difficult to find an ottoman in this style without the nail head trim so I was very excited to purchase. It was beautiful upon arrival but unfortunately I was very, very disappointed in the quality of this piece especially when considering the price. I paid over $400 for an ottoman with fabric that began to pill and ball up with minimal use in a matter of weeks. As others have mentioned the legs also do not screw in straight and therefore do not sit flat or level on the ground. Again very disappointed in a piece that I had hoped was of good quality and could be used for years vs. months.

Overall love the color and style it’s just what we wanted and it was so nice they sent a fabric sample for free before we purchased. I’m a little disappointed the fabric balls up quickly but in comparison to other brands of ottomans in the same style the price was definitely right for this one!

It took a long time to get here, but worth the wait. It’s the perfect accompaniment to my brown leather sofas.

Love this ottoman!!! I purchased the navy color, and it looks great! With a toddler, we needed something durable, yet attractive for our living room - this does the trick! It's functional and really ties the room together.

The fabric is beautiful and style wise this is a great piece. The legs that screw on don't really have great stability or detail of exactly 90 degrees. We're on carpet so it's fine, but for hard wood this might not work.

Nice ottoman, sturdy. Not worth the $400+, so I would recommend waiting until they go on sale. I got the Roberta Winter "color", and honestly, the color is more of a cream with a tan/black/gray/brown print. I was expecting it to be a white with dark gray/black print. It works for me though.

Unfortunately,I have to return this ottoman because one of the legs won't screw in properly. If I was able to assemble it, it would have been very pretty but the fabric has flecks of brown, more like a ivory flax color. Legs are a dark espresso, which is what I was looking for.

I had been eyeing this ottoman for months and finally pulled the triggered and ordered it. It fits perfectly in my space and love the neutral color. Good quality and very easy to put together. I Highly recommend it!

Perfect for my new living room. Color isn't a deep navy, but is a really nice navy blue linen fabric.

I read previous reviews and saw a lot about the quality of the legs, which I must say are pretty terrible. What concerned me more was the fabric - I knew it wasn't real cowhide, but what was it like? Well, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Suuuuper soft material, and just textured enough to give it a similar look to real hide. It's almost a micro-suede. The cushioning is good, and it is sturdy enough to hold two sets of legs. I would not venture to sit on it with my full weight. Those legs are just awful - the design is ugly and the sturdiness is sub-par - very disappointing. However, I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. It goes really well with the Foremost End Table (see photo) available on Target.com, as well.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fabric already started to look worn after a week of putting it out and in use. It's a beautiful ottoman and color though, just the fabric is starting to frizz up and loosen a little and it hasn't even been that long! Super easy to put together!

I just bought this cocktail ottoman for our cabin to go with our gray linen sectional. I was originally looking at real cowhide but let's be honest, it's not that soft at all and I worried about the expense. I did love the brown cowhide pattern so I decided to give this ottoman a try. Well, I'm glad I did! This is a seasonal home so we don't use it year round but the furniture does get some abuse. Think bare feet, wet dogs, food, beverages, etc. So I didn't want to break the bank on an occasional piece. This ottoman is built very well, is strong enough for five of us to rest our legs on and I don't worry about it getting stained because the fabric will definitely hide any stains that occur! My husband is very sensitive to rough textures (I know, weird) and he seems to love this printed fabric- it is similar to a velvet or micro suede. I placed a vintage soda crate on it to hold remotes, magazines, etc and it has been a great addition to our cabin. The deep button tufting can collect debris so I will have to vacuum it when I go over the other floors to catch those popcorn kernels and dog hairs!!! :).

This ottoman is super cute and it a great size. We use this to prop up our feet as well as to sit on, and my dog loves it as well. I do agree with another reviewer that the edged are a little sharp it hit at the right angle but I don't have children so that not really a concern in my household.

This was the first of 3 pieces I purchased to complete a living room set. Super easy to assemble (you just have to screw in the leg pieces). The purple velvet is soft to the touch and makes any room pop with personality! At first I was hesitant about the cost but it's totally worth it due to the size. This piece can be used for extra seating if needed. So glad I got it to complete my living room set!

This ottoman arrived today and it felt like Christmas. When I pulled it out of the box I was SO excited because the color was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the Linen Talc color and it's a light off white color, with some specs of light brown that you only see if you look closely. When I ordered something in linen before from a different company it came and was totally brown, so I was excited to see this was more off white! The linen is thick and seems like good quality. The size is perfect for my living room, including the height, and I have it in front of my sectional now. It really brightens up the room and makes it look sleek and modern. So happy with this purchase! The one thing I don't like is that it looks like the legs bend in instead of going straight down so I have some concern they'll break or something, but at the same time it's super sturdy, so fingers crossed it's all ok!

I decided to purchase this after doing a price comparison with an ottoman that i really wanted at a higher end store. There was only a 1 inch difference in size and I would have paid several hundred more for the other ottoman. I was very impressed with the look of the ottoman, however it is a little wobbly so wondering how this will hold up if the kids jump on it. However so far, so good! It does have a little bit of a sharp edge at the top as there is not a lot of cushion to it. However I use it mainly to put our feet up on from our sectional so I don't mind it! Looks gorgeous in my living room. Simple to put together as well. I would definitely recommend it and would purchase again for other rooms.
