Q: Will a metal box spring that is 76"w x 80"L x 7"H... fit inside the frame? I would of course take out the middle support bar. From the online measurements it looks like it will.

We are absolutely in love with this bed... Sturdy, the linen is beautiful, the nail heads are real metal nail heads and the color is perfect. I would advise getting the free swatch.. We did and happy I did.. I asked for 2 colors..and picked the one I loved best.. We are very happy with our purchase.. Worth the money.. Especially since we got it in sale. .. Of you are looking for a unisex, yet, beautiful bed thats easy to assemble and looks expensive.. This is it!

Great upholstered bed and high quality for the price! We bought this during a great sale last year and are so happy we bought this bed. I have recommended to all of our friends looking to purchase an upholstered king bed. Easy to put together (my fiance and I knocked it out in less than 30 minutes) and can't beat the look/feel of the linen, and the nailheads are actual nailheads and not plastic like some of the other inexpensive headboards have. You can't go wrong with this bed!

I got a GREAT deal on this bed and am completely satisfied with my purchase. For the price, the quality cannot be beat. It looks absolutely STUNNING in our bedroom and it is very well made. This is absolutely a 5-star product, but my only qualm was that the black item pictured almost looks like a dark charcoal, but the material is actually a flat black with no white/gray heather. I should have ordered the swatch, but either way we are in love with this bed!

I bough 3 of this bed for my new house , one in Pumice, absolutely beautiful and one in Light Velvet Gray(gorgeous) and one in White . I took off 2 stars for the following reason. I should've never paid attention to a review here that said the White is a true white. It is not and it should not be called White. Look at the picture and detailed fabric. It is more beige , off white. I wasn't home so my contractors put it together and discarded the box. I absolutely hate the color and for the past few weeks I'm trying to like it but still can`t stand the color so I ordered the same bed in Light Gray Velvet. Now I am stuck with an extra bed(WHITE) and lost $700. Please change the name of the color to something else, maybe Off White.

The bed is phenomenal. I had been searching for a king size bed or headboard for over year. I kept coming back to this one and one other from West Elm, and finally took the plunge after checking out a friend's bed ordered from Target.com. I was able to take advantage of the labor day sale too, which was extra nice. This bed is heavy duty and looks like it cost 3-4 times what I paid. The quality is excellent, and it was pretty easy to assemble (had help since the King is so large, there was some balancing needed). A few other reviews said this was tedious to put together, but I disagree. We got it done while watching the second half of a football game, though admittedly I have built a few large pieces of Swedish furniture from the big blue and yellow store, so maybe I have enough practice reading those vague diagrams.

This bed arrived on time in two oversized boxes. The headboard is assembled, then mounted to the frame. The wrong size bolts were supplied for the headboard assembly, which required a trip to the hardware store, but the rest of the assembly went without an issue. It took about three hours to fully assemble. The bed is beautiful and very solidly made. The color is exactly as representing in the photo; we got pumice. We have a low profile box spring and I actually think a standard height would fit the bed better, but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

When I ordered this bed, there were no reviews yet so i was a little bit nervous about what I might get but once it arrived I fell in love! Its a gorgeous statement piece for a room. I get so many complements on this bed! Took a my husband and I a while to assemble though. My nightstands, lamps, shades, and chair are all from Target too.

When my fiance and I ordered this bed we were so excited because the bed looked absolutely amazing online, and the reviews on here weren't 100% pushing us to buy it. However, I am so glad we did! The pictures do not do it justice, it is such a beautiful headboard/frame. Wasn't too hard to put together, came with everything it was supposed to and I believe it actually came sooner than expected. Plus we got such a great deal on it! Only paid about 450 or so. Only reason I am not giving this a five star is because I actually returned it :( I made the mistake of not measuring how big the headboard was (because it has the winged edges) and just assumed it would fit, however our room is a little on the smaller side when it comes to only one spot to fit this headboard/frame. It just took up so much space and we need all the space we can get because we have a daughter on the way who is sharing our room. This is the only reason we're giving it 4 stars. I just wanted to write a review so that anyone who is looking at this piece BUYS IT! It's beyond gorgeous and definitely makes the room. Super chic and classy, but so simple. So sad it didn't work with our room, however we found just a headboard (on target.com of course!) to replace this. Although it won't be the same, hoping for the best! It comes in about a week. Woo! Happy buying/remodeling everyone :)

The white is a true white, not like the photo (photo shows more of a light beige.) But I wanted a true white so I am very happy. The quality is great. The price is great. It came in two very heavy boxes delivered to my front door. By the way shipping was extremely fast! I did need a girl friend to help me carry the pieces upstairs and assemble. It took two two hours to unbox, unwrap and assemble but it flew by... Totally worth it. I highly recommend. My bedroom looks expensive and beautiful.

I was so excited to get this. It's titled "white" but the picture leads you to believe it's more of a natural color/linen color. It came, was super hard to assemble and is stark bright white. It's pretty, but not what I expected. I guess it will work.

The bed is absolutely amazing and sturdy. The only issue I had was the assembly. There are way to many pieces, bolts, screws and nuts. It took me about 3.5 hours to assemble but I love the finished product.
