Choose the correct balance between safety and control with your SmarTrike 4-in-1 Glow tricycle. It grows with your child from 10 months to 36 months. It transitions between a parent-controlled trike, a parent-guided trike and a classic, child-controlled trike. The parent-controlled trike is much like a stroller and includes features that are designed for infant riders, such as a UV-protected canopy and a safety bar with high back support. The parent-guided trike helps ease the transition between parent and child control by allowing the child to pedal while you steer. You can also shift between you pushing and your little one pedaling by pressing the red navigator button on the front mudguard. When your little rider is ready, the SmarTrike converts into a classic trike. The full-metal frame, rubber wheels and shock absorber help provide a smooth ride.

I got this for my 14 month old. She LOVES it. We go for walks and she enjoys going for a "bike ride" although I am just pushing her. It is fun to see her learning how to steer. Once she is older I will lock the steering in place so she can actually steer and start to pedal.see moreof the reviewer's review
