I exchanged another robe that didn't fit quite right for this one and am so glad I did. It is so cozy, soft and warm and just the right length. Pockets are great and don't sag. The only thing I wish Softies would consider doing is to offer free shipping on returns/exchanges. Their robes and loungewear are expensive so it seems like they would have the ability to absorb that cost. It's good customer service and shows that they stand behind their products 100%. I will hesitate ordering in the future knowing that they don't currently offer this.
