A: The dimensions of the Solar TV Stand are 42"W x 23.5"D x 50.2"H to the upper bar of the TV mount. It would be taller with a TV attached. The stand weighs 80.3 pounds; i t is not recommended that this be placed on top of a dresser.

Q: What are the exact max dimensions in width and height TV that this stand will fit? Not what "size" tv, but the actual dimensions

A: Each TV has a specified VESA pattern, a set of four holes in the back of the TV into which bolts can be secured for mounting. The pattern itself can vary, but so can the location of the pattern, if that makes sense. So, if this rectangular pattern of bolts is located near the top of the TV on one brand, and near the bottom on another, even if the TVs themselves are identical sizes, the one with the higher bolt placement would be less likely to fit because the TV would hang lower on the bracket. Since this product first launched, there has only been one incident where a customer reported that their television, which was a Phillips 65" TV model 65PFL5504/F7, did not fit. This item will work with most TVs up to 70", and an assortment of hardware is included for this purpose.

A: Not really, though smaller TVs could potentially have an upper or lower height to choose from. There are two hook heights on the mount's vertical bar. It would depend on the size of your TV, as well as its VESA pattern; larger TVs are also limited by the distance between the top shelf and the mount. You can view the specifics of the mount in the assembly instructions listed on the Ameriwood Home website. At the bottom of the home page, click on Assembly Manual Search and enter 1762096PCOM.

Q: I know I need an M8 screw to attach the mount to the back of the TV. But what size M8 screw? When I asked the TV manufacturer, they said to check with the manufacturer of the TV stand. M8 screws come in several different sizes.

Loved the look and idea of it. The instructions are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. We were missing pieces and it was beyond a hassle. I should have read the reviews and ran away. Trust me find you something else. This ain’t it. 🤦🏽♀️

Trying to put this together was a nightmare! Screws wouldn't fit properly and pieces were missing. I gave up finally and returned it to the store. I really wish I had listened to the reviews because I could have saved myself the time and energy.

How can you make bolts that don’t screw in properly. This company should have a class action lawsuit against it for causing stress and suffering to put this together. Now I have to buy a regular ol TV stand because I’m renting.

The product looks great, took several hours to put together, the bolts that were given did not fit correctly into the nut that was given. With some ingenuity I was able to make it work. The bolts to mount the TV do not fit the TV either. I had to order a universal TV mounting kit for an additional $20. I would not recommend this product

not a great item. tv almost feel off no support to keep it locked in on hooks the stand took forever to put together and it's was a pain to see what needs to be put with what instructions was bad lucky I know how to put things together sad this took me a full day to put together not worth it at all I would love my money back smh!!!

A little bit confusing putting it together. I did find a few pieces that were damaged in the box but I had the stand laying all over my living room floor and had to put it together. What I dont like is that the spacing between the shelves are not tall enough. I cant put my books on end to display them. 8x10 picture frames do not fit between the shelves either. I wish overall it was a little bit taller. You can do way with the bottom feet. I put them on but to move it where I needed it to go they fell off. Pulled all of them off and just have it flat on the floor. Easier to slide around to move the unit.

This stand is amazing! Exactly what I needed and it only took one person to build it. Around 2 hours, but he's not exactly a motivated individual. I would say maybe an hour for the typical person. I almost didn't order it based off of reviews, but I would definitely order it again if I needed another one.

It does work, it’s a pain in the butt to assemble and it’s a LOT of particle board pieces. Even complete this feels cheap.
I was hoping that SOME of the pieces were wood, nope. Also a lot of the holes that you “attach” the levels with weren’t drilled correctly
So I had to drill a few of my own. When I tried calling this company (not target but the company that actually makes it) they stop taking calls at 5 pm central time. ..I called to confirm just how poorly drilled these boards were.
Also the typical small pieces that lock in the garbage posts are THE cheapest material possible. The small pieces that the screws go into broke twice on me. Thankfully someone screwed up in the packaging center and they ended up giving me 2 extra pieces ..so I didn’t have to deal with the very limited customer service department.
Do yourself a giant favor and spend the extra $100 and get a metal/glass or spend $200 more for ACTUAL wood systems.
I can already tell that when I ever have to tear this pile of crap down (moving) it’s going in the trash...there’s no chance it stands up to being torn down and put up again. None.

some parts could come assembled without changing the dimensions of the box, and words with the pictures would be helpful. This is not an one person assembly job. The finished stand is nice, but the headache to put it together was not worth the price.

I like the TV stand but I do wish it was a bit taller. Also wish the instructions had words hiding you instead of just pictures, as I did have to backtrack and redo a few parts due to putting them on backwards. Other than that the stand looked nice once I finished building it and put my tv on. I do have a heavy 70 in tv and was a little bit sketched out putting it on at first but it is holding very well and I’m pretty impressed. I also like that the shelves can store my dvds.

Great tv stand plenty of room for devices but the instructions are a tad backwards it would really help to have words with them as I ended up putting a few things on wrong and had to back track several times to fix the issue but overall the product is amazing and fits a 70 inch tv very nicely
