This sleek eyeliner brush features a black handle with luxe gold accents, and the angled handle coordinates perfectly with the other brushes in the Sonia Kashuk Professional Makeup Brush Collection.
Based on previous reviews, I ordered this brush. I am very happy with the soft, yet firmness of the brush. The handle is just right for a steady application. The snap on the cover is difficult to open, so I just leave it off. A great purchase overall.
This is an excellent eyeliner brush. The angled tip makes application very easy and effortless. The bristles are soft but firm. The protective cap is an added bonus that other brands don't offer. An excellent value for the money.
I had a hard time to take the cap off. I did not know it opens up. I kept pulling it off from the brush. It's nice to have something to keep brush in a better shape. When I used it for my liquid eye liner, it opens up and I could not draw a line evenly. This could be due to my lack of technique, though. I guess I need more practice. I have lots of eye liner brushes and this is in the middle.
Buying brushes online can be a gamble because you can't feel the bristles in person to check for quality or get a good sense of the size of the brush- will it it will fit in my makeup bag? I was so pleasantly surprised with the look, feel and quality of this brush! It has a bit of a heavier weight and gold detailing on the end makes it look and feel fancy. It's the right length to easily fit into my makeup bag but not too small that it gets lost. The brush bristle are firm- which is exactly you want in an eyeliner brush- but they give way to taking up just the right amount of product. I use the brush with dark eyeshadow/liner powder to create a blended liner look that extends out to the edges of my eye. I can also use the brush with gel liner as well. It makes a very clean line and provides good control. The bristles are not plastic-like but are more natural, so they brush smoothly. Also, the brush comes with a clip-on cap cover which I kept instead of throwing away, so when I do a gel eyeliner I can clip the cover back on the brush until I can wash the brush so eyeliner doesn't get all over my bag. Why don't all brushes come with these?!
Excellent brush for liner and filling in brows. The brush head is firm enough for precision but isn't so hard that it's painful to use around the eyes and it comes with a cover to place over the head when not in use. Very comparable to higher end brushes I've used in the past.
This is a really nice brush from SK’s line of brushes. The bristles are soft but still firm enough that I can easily apply eyeliner with precision. The brush comes with a cap that protects the bristles so I can throw it in my suitcase for travel or purse for on the go and don’t have to worry about the bristles being bent or becoming contaminated. The brush also looks very upscale, black with metallic end and SK initial. Overall, I would recommend this brush to anyone looking for a good eyeliner brush.
