Q: How often do you need to replace the roller?
A: Since these are not real needles, the roller needs to be replaced after 10-15 uses. It has rings with little saw like "spikes" on it that bend easier and are more harmful to the skin. Rollers with real needles need to be replaced after 4-6 months of regular use (2-3/week). It's really hard to find the ones with real needles in the U.S., in Europe they are a lot more common. Just look for a needle count of 192. These are usually the right ones.
