This is nice and feels heavy duty. However, I used it once and the second time I went to use it the smaller roller fell off the end. I didn’t even drop it or bang it into something I literally just picked it up.

This is such a great product!!! It really cools your face and makes it so smooth, I stick mine in the fridge for a couple minutes so it gets nice and cool! It is good to use with your favorite serum or any other facial products you use. It really helps firm your face, i’ve noticed it helps my under eyes as well. You just have to be careful with this, because it can break easily.

I like this item but the design could be better. The rollers seem to be good quality and they stay cold without needing refrigeration. The metal curves located on each side of the stones hit my face when I roll over the contours of my face. It would be better if the metal was bent closer at the sides so that they didn't stick out as far as shown. For the price though this is a great value and thus I am satisfied.

Not sure how some of you are handling this roller to make it break, but I use mine twice a day and clean it after each use and it's still in perfect condition. I also haven't had irritation or break-outs and I have VERY sensitive skin, so I'm wondering if those complaining just aren't cleaning it (or really might have more sensitive skin than mine). That said, I love this roller! Like others, I've noticed some definition in my jawline and have better circulation in my face. When cold and used on my temples, it also helps mellow out migraines. Love, love, love it!

This is my first roller and have had it for 6+ months. So far so good! obviously if you drop something like this, it might break so ignore the reviews that complain about it's quality when they are the ones who dropped it.. Be sure to follow the care instructions. It's super cute and doesn't feel cheap. I look forward to it every morning and before bed. It helps with drainage and feels great on my skin!

I used this roller on my face and it feels so nice don't get me wrong its nice cold and just great overall, that's why it even has 2 stars, my problem is it makes me break out, I know it could just be my body rejecting whatever the roller is made out of but I'm not allergic to anything, so it could've been my fault or something on the roller, but I got really swollen even if I washed it and didn't add anything extra on my face.
