Bought a year ago and pixels are dead. Between a worthless warranty I just flushed $800 down the drain. I’ll never buy another Sony product if I can help it!

I am loyal to sony but have to say, this time, I am somewhat disappointed. The picture quality is not to different than my last sony. It's missing features, that my last one had, that I liked but not transferred to this one. Would have liked a more comprehensive "smart" functionality as well.

A key feature I desired was Bluetooth in order to interface with speakers and headsets. This was advertised with Bluetooth but it is very limited in the interoperability. I feel deceived on this point. Picture is good. Sound is marginal

Cannot get sound to respond to remote control!!!!!

I bought my 43" version just 7 days ago and the sound system has been a nightmare. No matter what I seek to do with the sound using the remote it does not respond. All I have is a constant sound level which I cannot control, mute does not work and volume control does not work on the remote. This is my 5th Sony TV and the first time I have been discouraged in any of their products.

I own this TV and like the picture and sound but for the life of me, I cannot connect any of my Bluetooth headphone to the TV even though I am trying to pair them in the Bluetooth settings menu. I also see that in the accessories page for this TV that no headphones are listed. Is it because the TV is not compatible with Bluetooth audio? I really would like to know.
