I bought this in February, the design is top notch and the sound is fantastic. My main complaint is the battery life on mine is already very short with the sound cutting in and out regularly now, Hopefully I can find a replacement to get back to normal.

I bought these headphones 1 year ago and I can honestly say these headphones are fantastic! Extremely comfortable and in fact deliver sound quality. While I play Black Ops 6, I have my headphones connected to my Bluetooth on my XPERIA 1V. I highly recommend these headphones to anyone! I just downloaded the software to utilize the headset with my Laptop. Awesome software! The cushions on the headphones are GREAT QUALITY! I wipe mines down every now and then with Antibacterial Pledge Multisurface Cleaner Spray. Plus they look Fly!

Excellent noise cancelling and the worst sound quality. I have bought it for play games and listen to music. Sometimes sound is freezing when I play on my Playstation 5 and when listen to music on my PC. It is very disappointed purchase.

A friend suggested I bought these, and I'm so glad I did. They cover my ears completely, are comfortable and have a good loud volume and bass. I also like that you can lift the boom mike up to mute yourself.

Just bought these headphones, they are almost everything I could want with a head phone Pros: sounds excellent, comfortable, noise cancelling works great, connects to my phone and to my PC. So in between games I can watch videos and it plays thru the headset. Cons: the mic is trash. It works but I get complaints from other players that my voice is hard to make out and it blends the words together. Compared to my older headset the group I regularly play with tell me that I am hard to listen too now. I have tried playing around with mic settings with no change. I did see that there were other people complaining about the same issue online. If I don't eat it resolved I will more than likely return the headset because this is a deal breaker.

The H9 haha well I’ve had these headphones for about to be a year in a month or two and I’ve had to exchange them about to be three times. The two times had to be the headband thing it kept coming off. Now the mic isn’t working properly. The headphones work good as far as hearing things it’s just the cosmetic things that sucks in my opinion. Man I’m hoping they fix these headphones.

The anc is alot better than the arctis pro wireless..sound quality and build quality not as good but it's still more than good enough for gaming. I sent my arctis back in favour of these just for then anc alone. My only negative really is your head can get a little sore over long periods as the headband cushion is very soft

I bought these to use with a PS5 and a PSVR2. The audio quality is a significant improvement on the ear buds that are supplied with the PSVR2, especially with the 3D effect which is quite convincing. I can where them comfortably for a long time. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the price. There are other options for cheaper that give the same comfort and audio quality. Still a recommended set of headphones for my usage, and I'm happy that I went with them over the competition..

I do enjoy the sound that these headphones provide along with the long battery life. I really wish that there would be an option to customize the sound profiles on your PS5 like you can when you link it to a PC with the app. However, my true issue with these headphones, much like another user that left a review here, is that material covering the foam in the headband came off and no longer holds the foam in place. Making these headphones unwearable after only 3 months of use. And forget about going through Sony support. I tried to chat with an agent who was connected for 30 minutes without sending me a single message. I then resorted to having Sony call me, only to inform me that the warranty only covers defects to the electronic components and not any of the phyical structure of the headphone. I was given the option to call the repair line to have my headset sent in for repair, which would cost me out of pocket on a $300 headset that shouldn't be falling apart after only 3 months. I am typically a Sony supporter through and through, but this is a big diappointment.
