The cereal does taste cinnamon-y, when you add milk it does seem like wet packing peanuts, but here is the issue - I am getting tremendous headaches specifically from something in this product, maybe allulose. Could not bother to consume this any longer. There are plenty of other low carb cereals that do not cause migraines. Steer clear.

This absolutely the worst cereal I have ever eaten! It was sticky out of the box but as soon as I added milk it turned to the worst texture I have ever had in my mouth. Wet styrofoam would be better. I will never buy it again!

I like the pea protein isolate but the first ingredient is soy protein isolate. Also, monkfruit is a nice sweetener, but they threw in sucralose (aka Splenda). Disappointing.

I was excited to try a Keto cereal, but wow this is awful. As dry cereal it’s alright, but as soon as you add milk, it becomes soggy and hard to chew… like a gummy consistency. Imaging chewing on wet packing peanuts. I couldn’t even finish the bowl and am disappointed with how expensive it was.
Taste is best as a dry snack!

Remember in Pirates of the Caribbean when Captain Barbosa said “food turned to ash in our mouths…” - well this cereal tastes just like that. And for $8 a pop, feels like I paid a premium to eat sweetened sand that I could have gotten for free by scooping up a handful of sand from the spot where people threw out their seltzers at the last bonfire I went to.

This cereal is crispy and airy with a mild cinnamon flavor. However, to avoid the sogginess that many people have complained about, you must pour the milk BEFORE the cereal. That way, the cereal puffs stay afloat at the top and remain crispy and delicious. This cereal also has more protein per serving than the average protein bar for fewer calories. I really hope this cereal never gets discontinued because it's been an absolute boon for my diet and fitness goals.

Wanted to try a lower carb cereal but will never buy this again. The taste is ok but it gets soggy as soon as the milk hits it. Then it becomes gummy and chewy. Not what I want in a cereal. Save your money on this one. Normally, I'm such a fan of Kellogg's cereal. Very disappointing.

I like cereal but watching my carbs has made it impossible to find one with a low carb count. When I saw this Special K cereal I got excited to try it. After half the bowl I threw the rest out. The flavor is awful and the texture isn't any better. It kind of reminded me of powered eggs that had gotten cold and soggy. What a disappointment.

I have tried several zero sugar cereals and they all for the most part had a very strong cardboard flavor with a hint of “chocolate” or cinnamon. This cereal is so good for the category! It’s crunchy, slightly sweet and has a great cinnamon flavor! I love adding to my yogurt, grabbing a handful to snack on or adding some non fat milk and enjoying! I am hoping more flavors come out!

Bought this to eat on a lo carb diet. It bad until you get it wet. Texture is like a wet sponge. Horrible
