So I received as a gift, but the PIN was invalid as many others have noted. The person who gave it to me showed me her confirmation e-mails - she had sent it to herself, clicked on the targetgiftcardcenter dot com link and then regifted it to my e-mail. When it was regifted to me, it had a different PIN number for some reason. Her original screenshot of the link had a different PIN and THAT one ended up working. So if you're having issues find out if the person that gave it to you regifted it to you and if you can find the original PIN

the reviews has me worried 50/50 might not work but i got the code and premium set up within 5 minutes of purchase it might differ for other people.

In the TINIEST writing it stated that gift cards can not be redeemed for group or discount plans. So the only plan you can use this gift card for is the individual plan. Nothing else! I did not see this until after I made a $100 purchase. I do not know why is would be so difficult to reference that in the title. Now I have to cancel my family plan or be our $100.
Great gift idea or to use if you don't want to link a credit card!

The code was emailed to me a few minutes after I placed the order, but I could not get the code to work myself, when I contacted spotify customer service I followed their directions and they were able to get it to work for me

Almost didn't buy due to reviews saying it didn't work. Took about 20mins to email to me and had to click one link and my 13 year old was in within a minute. Gave us our code and we were all set. Would buy again as this is the only place to do $10 at a time and it's quick and easy.

It is a total scam! It appeared to take in Spotify until they “downgraded “ my account. Scam. Target says contact Spotify and Spotify says to contact target. Is there a spot for zero stars?

Bought the year subscription gift card for my daughter for Christmas, she just went to activate it and the pin is not valid. She waited until her previous subscription ran out and tried activating the code yesterday and today, still not valid. Very disappointment.

I could not add this gift card to my Premium Individual account. After 20 minutes with Spotify support, there was no resolution and Target won't take back gift cards. Spotify told me that my gift card was purchased in another country!

I was hesitant at first because of several negative reviews. But I got the email delivery in 4 minutes after purchasing. The link and code worked perfectly, no problems at all. I don’t know why people are putting bad reviews, but ignore some of them.

This is the most ridiculous setup. The monitary value of this card is not as it seems. It is the equivilent of buying a restraunt gift card and the restraunt telling you what day you can eat and what you must order. It is not as it seems. Read the fine print VERY carefully!

This is a deceptive gift card and Target should be ashamed. This gift card is valid only for individual plans and CANNOT be used toward family plans. They conveniently don't advertise this disclaimer and shove it into the tiny legal text that no one reads. I have now wasted $30 that I cannot use because I am on the Spotify family plan. Shame on you, Target.

Gift card worked after much headache. Lesson Learned: You must cancel any existing paid plan before Spotify will let you redeem the gift card. Target customer service can validate whether it was activated correctly by the vendor, but cannot remediate any other issues. Have to go through Spotify directly.
