  • A: "Yes" it is safe.. I use it on my 2016 Avalon. I use it on the inside and the outside. Has no ammonia, so will not harm the tint. I always buy 3 cans at a time. When I'm down to the last can, I buy 3 more. Your windows will shine. I think it is the best on the market. (and great price)

Q: What is the pH of Sprayway glass cleaner? I want to clean mirrors and glass shower doors with it. But my countertops and shower tiles are all marble, and you should NEVER use anything acidic (pH < 7) around marble. Would Sprayway be safe to use?

  • A: On their SDS (safety data sheet) it says "9.1 - 10.1 estimated". So it's alkaline, not acidic. However for natural stone, I would try to find something between pH 7 and 8.

    You sit on a throne of lies

    I'm convinced that if you like this glass cleaner then you are a masochist. The amount of extra work it takes to remove the ridiculous number of streaks it leaves behind is insane. I followed the instructions to the letter and it just doesn't clean the way it should. It doesn't really remove anything built up but only loose dust and dirt. Then you can buff and polish all you like with a clean cloth afterwards but there will still be streaks left behind. Plus it dries down too fast so you better spray a ton. I wish they made a glass cleaner with extra ammonia at this point. I'd rather wear and mask and clean happily with my toxic chemicals than ever use this crap again.
