It’s help me finally start my fitness journey

I like that there are 3 different strength levels that you can interchange and remove. They are marked to know what strength resistance you are using.

Medium band broke within a few months with just occasional use. I thought this set of 3 was a good idea but the other two HEAVY bands are too heavy for the types of exercises we do. Also, the handles are difficult to change and I suspect the plastic clips will not last. Time to find a higher quality product.

I workout daily and these are a must have. They are great for traveling and have so many uses. They are very good quality and a good price also.

Thankfully I can use 1 at a time to build up my strength and hopefully add another 1. Works great.

The clips to attach the bands is made only of plastic rather than metal. I can see after continuous use how the plastic clips will definitely break or crack. Also the box the item was in was ripped open in several places and box was dented all over- very obvious this was a returned item which I ended up getting when I ordered through store to pick up. Disappointed because I can’t use original package to store bands.

Love that as my strength improves, I have 3 options all in one product. Actually more because you can combine 2 or three weights. This is the brand that is used by Silver Sneakers so if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

Great stretching and training tool. Nice that it can be customized and used in various configurations.

too short (they look much longer in the exercise guide - so I couldn't really do a couple of these exercises) and I had to use all three to get the resistance I needed (I'm a moderately fit 61-year-old female, so these might not do the trick for fit, younger males). Bands are made of heavy material, but clips look cheap so I can understand why they broke on some reviewers. For something to use the occasional day you can't make it to the gym - or if you have other equipment at home such as various hand weights that you can use to get a more complete workout, then these might be fine, but if you're thinking of using these as your primary resistance training, I think I'd look elsewhere. I'm debating whether to return these or not.

Exercise guide is sorely lacking actual exercises. The ones shown n the box aren’t even illustrated in the guide. Poor effort at making them actually usable.

Is there a warranty on this product? It broke almost as soon as I started using it.

The weight resistance on these bands are amazing. As someone who has been weight lifting for years, the resistance and workouts possible with the bands are amazing. The issue is the quality. One of The plastic clips broke after 3 weeks of use. If the clips were medal, this would easily be a 5 star product. Don’t recommend buying these.
