Stanley 24 oz Stainless Steel Classic Legendary Mug

Doesn’t fit in truck cup holder. Lid doesn’t have a way to close to help hold heat. Very sad. Wanted to love it. Color is pretty.

This mug does all that it is supposed to do. It is well built, and will likely last longer than I do. It keeps my coffee hot for longer than I need it to. Its lid, a simple plastic insert that press-fits into the mouth of the mug, while low tech, does its job. It is comfortable in the hand. The 24oz. mug is the perfect size for my morning coffee. I fill it with two Keurig pods. It takes me a while to finish drinking the coffee at my desk, while reading my morning email, and the coffee is still plenty hot when I'm done. If there is one downside for me, it's that this mug is just a little too tall to fit under my Keurig coffee maker. I have to take the drain grating off the machine to get it to fit. If it were just a bit (.5in) shorter, and a bit wider, it would be perfect. It still gets five stars.

I have been waiting coffee cup. The thermal. Not a travelers cup. Not a little tiny camper cup that I meant for coffee. A good cup with a handle that you can use on vacation or at the house, but if you have to hop in the car you can because it has a lid You can put on it because there were very good colors to choose from the cups themselves a little Big too, and I didn’t think the permitted village if you’re on the go put on the side of things I was finally able to have a coffee and Stanley had a handle. I didn’t really care what color it was. I only build on myself one time getting in and outof the car to complain about a 12 ounce coffee come out with better colors.

Bought two of these. Love the look. Do not like the lids. I would give 5 stars if the lid slid closed! My coffee doesn’t stay hot at all. Please make a slide closed lid!

I love the structure and build of this mug but am disappointed that it doesn’t have a spill proof lid. The sip through lid could have been made perfectly with a slider cover to prevent spills.

Wanted a new travel mug for hot coffee to bring to work but it didn’t fit in my car cup holder and I wasn’t aware until I received the item! :(

This is very pretty and a great size to take enough coffee to get through Saturday morning sports. BUT it does not fit in the car cupholder and the lid does not fully close. We have had several huge messes due to this. I wish they made a different lid that would fully close and seal well. So if you primarily need this for taking hot beverages on the go, which is why I got it, I don't recommend.

I see why Stanley is popular. As an experiment in temperature regulation, I literally left water in the cup and put it in the freezer for 8+ hours, left out to work, came back home…and it did not freeze. At all. Kept it at the same temperature. Amazing. 10/10. Best insulation I’ve ever seen.

Love the cup , BUT the lid sucks I need a better lid for this nice mug

I justy purchased this and am very disappointed. the large opening in the lid lets out all of the heat. I dont know how other people are saying it keeps their coffee hot all morning. Mine barely stays warm for 30 minutes.

Bought 3 weeks ago. Love the color supper cute!! however both times I've used it my drink spilled all over the place not only that but it did not keep it warm/hot at all. Honestly very disappointed overall.

Good mug but too large for most car cupholders. Also, the lid does not close nor has a small hole to allow better flow.

Bought a few of these in various colors online this past fall. Receiving them in the mail, each was individually wrapped but after unwrapping them one by one, many had chips in the paint and scratches, which I don’t think had anything to do with shipping. In the box, they were all lined up next to each other, and these chips/scratches were in areas that wouldn’t have been caused by an item lined up next to it. I believe they were most likely already in this condition when they were wrapped up for shipping. So it seems that the quality is not great. I have a number of Stanley Quenchers and ice flow bottles, and I’ve never had such an issue with any of those. That being said, I also find the handle not that comfortable to hold. It’s a rather thin piece of flat metal - not exactly ergonomic or comfortable to hold. I think Stanley could have done a lot better with a rounded edge handle design. The hot / cold feature works fine, although it does better at keeping beverages colder for longer than keeping hot beverages hot. It’s fine if you are going to drink your hot coffee or tea right away, but if you plan on filling a mug and traveling or keeping it at your desk to nurse over a few hours, I think you’ll be bummed - lukewarm at best.
