A: Item was in my cart and then suddenly vanished after I entered my card number to pay for it

A: I was told by a friend at 6:20 this morning November 2nd (she’s in California so 3:20 her time) that the Glinda cup was available and I was able to snag one! Now to wait for the Elphaba one to come available so I can buy as well!

A: I just got one. They seem to sell well!

A: When I've ordered a new drop online, it hasn't popped up until 3am Eastern time, Midnight Pacific. Yes, I've set an alarm to get up at 3am to buy something at Target :( That's just my experience.

A: They usually hit the app at 3am.

A: The Target staff will have them bought out before you can get them in store. Can’t get one if red shirts are buying two.

A: When I’ve tried ordering Stanley drops on the Target app, my order confirmation is followed by a cancellation of my 1-tumbler order because the Target app looks like a bot, apparently, to Target. By the time I logged into the site on my laptop, it confirmed only to get repeated shipment/fulfillment delays until they cancelled the order BEFORE and reselling my tumbler. It was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Go to a store in person and at least get the disappointment over with instead of draping it out over weeks. The online drop was right around midnight. You’re more likely to have a house drop on your sister though. Good luck.

A: i was just able to place an order at 5am after getting so many error messages. but it went through so now we wait to see if its gonna get shipped or if its cancelled.

A: I stayed up until 2am EST. My guess was 3am EST. Now of course it says limited availability and you can’t do pick-up or shipping. I’m not playing these games. I have never gotten up to shop on a Black Friday in my 53 years, so I wasn’t doing it now either. Happy to be seeing movie in a private screening in a few weeks! Loved it on broadway.🤷🏻‍♀️

A: I just wanted to provide an update for those who are discouraged about this release. Please check your local store. I checked mine today at 10:30 am est and there were still about 12 left!

A: Our store didn't sell them online. They had a line outside waiting for the store to open and organized a line only selling 1 at a time. After you bought your 1, you could get back in line and buy another. That way, everyone had a chance to get one.

A: I bought mine today at 1130. I had to go to the customer service desk to ask for it (they kept it behind the counters).

A: I was able to start order at 2am.. was told to keep trying when I checked out due to high volume orders!! I kept trying and at 2:06 my order was placed and received confirmation!!!!

A: I’m so mad I just clicked buy and had to put my address in and it said saved for later we sold out…

A: When I worked at target these drops typically began at 2am. I would check around midnight and just keep checking until 2 am if you’re really dying to order them!

A: It says limited stock and then I get to the store and they say they haven’t had them since the drop. Ok well why does it say you have them in store then?! Then one staff told me they were at customer service and another told me they will be placed directly on the shelf and not at customer service. Also limit of 5 is a joke. Limit it to 1-2 so people who actually want one to use and not to sell online can get one.

A: I was online at 2:45am waiting. When they dropped i had 2 of the green, & one pink, I had to press the payment button a good 25xs due to heavy traffic on the website..I was allowed to purchase all 3, when I went to get my order, I was told one each per person, because people lined up at 7am. Really wondering what that had to do with me??? Very disappointed, as this policy was stated nowhere upon purchase!! limit should have been 2 each, like the Stanley website does for the collaboration drops.😐

A: You should do one of each MAX as to not be inconsiderate so others who would like to have them can have a chance at doing so. Hope this helps!

A: Some targets have a 5 per customer limit, which should be 1. Low and behold they are on ebay for 250 each...way to go target!

A: There were abt nine people at mine and there were only 6 cups on the shelf, which was disappointing.

A: There was a pretty long line at my Target. People were running through the store and pushing each other to get to the cups. There is a 5 cup limit per person and my store sold out by 8:05am.

A: Shipping isn't coming from your local store. That's from a warehouse. In store pickup wouldn't work bc an employee would have to see your order immediately and fight w ppl in person 😂

A: Yes, the samething happened to me. I was online at 11;59 est to 2:30 am est the radiol button never ,changed yo red stayed gray the whole time. The cups are all over Ebay for close to 200.00. This was just like purchasing Usher concert tickets. So disappointing Target should reareevaluate the drop timeline policy as it puts most at a disadvantage. I filed a complaint with Target but like anything else I am sure it will go unheard.

A: Prior answer is inaccurate. Orders are shipped and fulfilled from Target stores. Better get your butt in there at open if you want one. Each store is different and there is a chance they will sell out before picking your online order.

A: Online orders can be shipped. They come from a warehouse - not a store. If you choose pick up at check out, you do risk the store over-selling and not getting your cup but it's worth a try

A: The first answer was correct! If you order for in store pickup, you may not get yours fulfilled since workers have to pick your item from the others. If you ordered for shipping, comes from warehouse.

A: Just about any insulted cup on the market like these(many brands) have lead in them. But they’re all sealed. That’s why there’s a little round “cap” under the cups(where the bear is). If that ever comes off(rare), then *that* is when you could become exposed to the lead and you’d need to take pics immediately, discard the cup and contact Stanley(send them your pics) for a replacement. Replacement cup likely wouldn’t be this one, but they’d give you options.

A: The lead is SEALED on the inside, it in. NOW WAY contacts your beverages. Come on, people

A: my friend had hers fall off but we superglued it and she is fine with no lead
