This held up well for about 15 kids getting at least two turns each, three hits per turn. We did duct tape the bottom because we didn't want the candy falling out prematurely with so many kiddos taking a turn. We bought the Spritz pinata stick as well. This pinata was fun for our 6yr old party. Doesn't hold tons (2lbs) and we added duct tape to the bottom before we started hitting it, to ensure all the kids (15) could have a turn, otherwise the items were falling out before we could get started (because of the pull tab). My son wanted this piñata for his birthday party. He wanted to hit it, not to use the pull strings. After about the 3rd kid hitting it a couple of times we had to pull out the duct tape to quick fix him so all the kids could get a turn.
