Different, Unique, Okay.

Brewed in standard drip pot. I enjoy the lack of bitterness in the aftertaste, extreme smoothness to almost no bite or coffee staleness from sip. Mild flavor, yes this is a medium roast but tastes like a light roast IMO. Glad I tried it but personally enjoy the Thanksgiving Blend or French Roast. see moreof Bryan's review
Simply my favorite

Similar in smoothness to the Organic Yukon Blend, Rift Valley has a smooth satin, light floral finish and no bitterness. Use a drop of half and half or light cream for even more smoothness. There is currently 4 bags.. make that three now, in my pantry. Rift Valley, bad fever but great coffee. see moreof Coffee Chris's review
