It has a smooth bold flavor. I am a Starbucks coffee fan but I tend to lean toward the blondes, whereas my husband tends to prefer the Sumatra, this lends itself beautifully to satisfy us both. Enough bold to invigor the Sumatra palette, smooth rich flavor to keep the mild pallet happy. I hope it's ...  see moreof V's review

Brewed in standard drip pot. I enjoy the lack of bitterness in the aftertaste, extreme smoothness to almost no bite or coffee staleness from sip. Mild flavor, yes this is a medium roast but tastes like a light roast IMO. Glad I tried it but personally enjoy the Thanksgiving Blend or French Roast.  see moreof Bryan's review

Similar in smoothness to the Organic Yukon Blend, Rift Valley has a smooth satin, light floral finish and no bitterness. Use a drop of half and half or light cream for even more smoothness. There is currently 4 bags.. make that three now, in my pantry. Rift Valley, bad fever but great coffee.  see moreof Coffee Chris's review

This is my idea of a perfect coffee. Flavorful but not flavored, rich but not bitter. Complex and perfectly balanced. I usually like to grind my own to get the most out of the bean but this ground coffee changed my bias. It's that good...  see moreof Kaylee's review
