These weren't just bad enchiladas. These were just bad food. The consistancy was mushy. The combination of flavors was terrible. And even with the couple of bites I took there is a terrible after taste. We tossed it all out. I was trying to save a little time and ended having to make another meal.see moreof the reviewer's review

I've tried several Stouffer frozen entrees that were very good. Since my husband likes enchiladas, I decided to try this one. Big disappointment. The taste and texture was really bad. I can't find the words to describe how bad the corn tortillas tastes and the rice was very gooey.see moreof the reviewer's review

These are not chicken enchiladas. This is a pan of mushy rice topped with small corn tortillas which are filled with a tiny amount of chicken. And it's not "white meat" as the package claims. Most of the chicken is dark meat. A few beans and a few kernels of corn. This is a disgrace to the Stouffe...see moreof the reviewer's review

This dish was a total disappointment for a Stouffers product. It should be taken off shelves, it’s that bad. Consisted of mushy rice, a few black beans and was totally tasteless. A few tiny shreds of chicken was all I could find. Won’t buy again.see moreof the reviewer's review

We just finished our dinner, consisting of Stouffer's Chicken Enchiladas and salad. It was our first time to have this dish; we like a lot of Stouffer's food and thought this would be good to try. However, the 'chicken' in the product was very hard to find. Rice was the primary ingredient - lots of ...see moreof the reviewer's review
