Looked great at first, had a small amount of shrinkage with first wash, and loose strands. Over the course of 6 months of use, the edges have really fraid (this is a bathroom with limited use) and shows ALL dirt and grime. Washing is a hassle. Even washing on delicate mode, it get's too heavy with water and throws the drum off balance. And air drying can take around 12-16 hours, depending. Also, slips around on the tile floor and I don't really want to add a non-slip rug mat underneath... In the end, wish I had gone with something else and probably will replace it soon.

Tug fell apart in the washer caused me a huge problem. Clogged the washer and water leaked out all over my floor. I would rather buy more expensive bath mats instead of wasting all the time I wasted cleaning up the mess this caused.

Love these rugs. They look great in our bathroom on our dark hardwood floor. I’ve had no issues washing them. No shrinkage at all with cold water on delicate cycle. I pop them in the dryer for 20 minutes on medium, and then hang to dry the rest of the way. I’ve had no issues with clogging of my washer or dryer. Maybe I just got lucky with the two I bought. Would definitely buy these again.

This rug is garbage. I strongly suggest you don’t buy it. I purchased 2 and I am angry to have paid this amount for what appeared to be nice rugs. I laundered one today - following washing instructions - because as the listing states, this is machine washable. I washed on cold, delicate cycle. Placed into the dryer on low…which took awhile to finally dry. This isn’t the type of material that will air-dry in cool weather. Now I have one miniature rug and one full sized. Thanks Target. It looks incredibly stupid to have a full-sized bath mat at one sink and a child-sized mat at the other. I’d like a refund. What a waste of money.

bought this because it was cute and I have had a previous opalhouse rug that lasted well and good quality. washed this one like normal when I got home and it shedded so extremely bad. it shed over all of the hand towels I washed with it. and the shedded rug material lingered and got all over the next 2 loads. ruined the things I washed it with. I spend 2 hours trying to salvage the other things I washed with it. don't buy.
