It sucked it didn’t work at all it supports no weight

Poor suction. Doesn’t work on all surfaces.

The plastic casing around the suction cups completely blocks the ability of the suction cups to actually suction. Useless.

You'll clean your mirror and the cups to be absolutely spotless and after struggling for 10 minutes to get the cups to stick, they caddy will fall. It might be when you're gone, it might wake you in the dead of the night, but it will fall.

Loved how easy it was to install. Definitely run it under HOT WATER for a bit to warm the suction cups. I also did the alcohol on the wall and wet it before trying to adhere the shelves. Super easy and clean toy + bath storage for my little one. I had such a hard time finding something that wasn't going to grow mold, take up too much space or was too garish — these are perfect!

It works perfect. I followed the other reviewers advice about using hot water to help stick this on. Also I think most people are pushing the caddy to get it to stick on instead of the toggles holding the suction cups.

I’ve tried every tip provided by instructions and other reviewers and it doesn’t matter, these suction cups fail every time and scare everyone in the house when the container crashes to the floor. I’m just lucky none of the items it contained broke.

Super easy to install. I ran the suction cups under hot water for a minute and then pushed it against my tile shower really hard and closed the suction after that I waited for the water to dry and put my shampoos on and works like a dream. Maybe it doesn’t work on all wall textures but don’t judge the bad reviews.

I can understand the negativity, because the instructions are not very thorough. I actually had to find a YouTube video on how to install. FIRST OF ALL, you need to run the suction cups under HOT WATER for about 30 seconds-the instructions do not make that clear. NEXT, get the area wet where you want to hang it. AFTER THAT, you’ll want to press the shelf on the shower wall as hard as you can and press one suction cup at a time into the wall as hard as you can until you see that’s it’s gripping the wall and snap into place. LASTLY; WAIT I REPEAT! WAIT for 24 hours to put anything on it-not even so little as a razor! You have to let it sit without putting weight on it otherwise the shelf will definitely fall down. Those instructions are what helped me install 2 of these shelves and they have worked perfectly without problems. Hope that helps

we installed this correctly and it lasted maybe a month before falling. you would think that the special suction cups on this thing would make it stay put on the wall but nope. super annoying and just ended up throwing it away since it was past the return date. bummer!

bought this for my son for college toothbrush in a shared bathroom - very happy with it - keeps his items separate but also aired to dry

Did not adhere to my shower wall as AT ALL. Kept falling with the weigh of just a bar of soap.

Not for plastic insert showers. Does not stick or stay. The cups design is not usable. Had to uses hooks to even uses it.

Bought this about a month ago and followed the directions on the back. It hasn’t fallen once so it’s 5 stars for me!

I legit thought this was a horrible buy until I read reviews saying push down on the clips. You must put down on the clip when it's disengage. Once you press it the suction cup will spread out and then once it's completely spread out, simply click the clips inward. Hope this helped. Adding water or Vaseline may help the grip factor.

I wanted to love this, but the suction did not stay so this was constantly falling down. I love the idea, but the functionality was poor.

Goes well on the glass shower. It took a long time to figure out how to apply however it does sit well with enough water added & needs to be reapplied every month .
