The packaging said leak proof guaranteed. It definitely leaks. When I contacted summer infant, they stated I would have to pay for shipping and the original packaging was required. Not happysee moreof the reviewer's review

So at 1st I was happy because I filled it up with juice, shook it, and no spill. Then after 10-15 minutes, my son got all upset because the cup was sticky and wet. I thought maybe I had not tightened it well so I made him another cup of juice and turned it extra tight, with the cap off as instructed...see moreof the reviewer's review

As my son transitioned from bottles, to sippy, to regular cups; I thought this was the perfect "in-between". I loved the pop up straw concept and I liked that it didn't have any leakage. The Sippy Stacker 10oz Straw cups I received as free samples to review are good for home & travel. The softness & flexibility of the straw makes it much safer than a regular straw that could painfully poke a child's mouth/gums.
