The Sure & Secure Single Safety Bedrail by Summer Infant is an essential item when transitioning your child from the crib to a bed. It folds down for parents to sit bedside or easily change linens. The bedrail requires minimal assembly for a quick, easy installation.
Accommodates twin to queen sized mattresses and platform beds.
I love this bed railing. I use to have a munchkin brand one and it constantly wobbled and just doesn't compare to this one. A lot sturdier, longer, higher, and and overall amazing. Will definitely purchase another for the other side.
It’s a we’ll done bedrail. Looks nice and clean. BUT it’s not easy to fold down and the most important: it doesn’t fit in a platform bed without a box spring. You have to have a box spring otherwise there’s no way to install the bedrail. Had to return it.
I originally bought the munchkin brand but did not like it because the height wasn't high enough to do much so i ordered the Summer brand and am really happy with it. The height is much better and the quality also seems better. The only difference is that it required me to put the parts together for installation. Would highly recommend.

This bedrail is sturdy and reasonably priced. It's confusing to set up, but once you realize the curved rail goes on the inside it makes sense. It should be perfect for my visiting grandson. I covered the hinges with thick fabric to make sure he doesn't bump himself getting in or out of bed.
The bedrail I received was broken. After we had assembled/installed the bedrail, we realized a special screw was missing that holds the parts together. This was after I had discarded the box so now I am stuck with a defective product that can't be used.
