Directions: What You Need: 1 lb. boneless chicken, beef or pork; cut in strips; 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. sugar, and 1/3 cup water; 2 tbsp. oil; 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 celery stalks; 1/4 inch slices, 2 carrots; cut in matchstick pieces, 1/4 lb. broccoli florets bite size pieces. Makes about 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above. Preparations: 1. Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar and water; set aside. 2. In large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned. 3. Add vegetables; stir-fry. 4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened. If desired, substitute snow peas, sliced mushrooms or water chestnuts for any of the above vegetables. In-a-Hurry: Use 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen Oriental vegetables without sauce in place of fresh.
