Junk after 30 days
I purchased on 12/10/24. Immediately had belt shavings coming from drive shaft. On 1/25/25, I contacted customer service. They sent me replacement belts with video to replace. A tool to remove petals was included. After watching video, more tools were required to replace belts. I'm in my 60's and not a mechanic nor do I have these tools. Very complicated process to fix issue with bike. It would have to be torn down to the bearings. You would think, since I only had the bike for 30 days, a replacement would be sent. Poor quality bike.

It's sturdy and comfortable. Folds up so I can roll it to store out of the way. Been riding it nightly due to minus 3 degree wind chill factors in Ohio. It's been a real lifesaver since I can't get out to walk or hike.

Foldable Bike
I really wanted to say my bike was perfect but one of the nails was screwed in wrong that it would pop after a couple of pedals. (It wasn’t one of the nails that I was to screw in, it was one of the nails that already comes screwed in). I was able to some what fix it. It’s easy to fold and insert the pin, but it doesn’t not balance properly on its own. It already tipped over and almost snapped the water holder. Now I have to make sure it’s holding onto something before another incident occurs. I’ve only had it for two weeks.

I’ve got four 45-minute segments and it doesn’t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14-levels dial, but I don’t miss my outdoor exercise when it’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot (adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.
