The description of this items state "Accommodates letter- and legal-size documents." It does NOT accommodate legal-size documents. 8.5" x 11" is the max, not 8.5" x 14". However, what do I do now? Since it weighs about half a ton I'm not about to mess with shipping it back, so I'm stuck with it. Not...see moreof the reviewer's review
Key got stuck in lock

I bought this item and it was delivered with no damage. We unpacked it and tried the lock. Luckily we did not put anything into the safe before trying the lock. The key got stuck in the lock and we were NOT able to get the key back out. Contacted Customer Service and they said to try a lubricant...see moreof the reviewer's review
