Q: Is this rug hard to vacuum?

A: This rug is not hard to vacuum. We recommend using a canister vacuum without beater bars or disengaging the beater bars when vacuuming. It’s best to use the upholstery attachment of the vacuum and clean the rug by hand or use a carpet or rake attachment. Always rotate the rug for even wear every size month. I got this in smoke and grey and it was pretty and soft but it had all these untrimmed longer threads which made me question the quality.

The rug was 4 inches shorter than the website dimensions. Instead of being 8x10, 7ft 8 in x 10 .
I made able to make it work after being disappointed with the incorrect dimensions provided.

I did not keep the rug after ordering. It was a thick shag rug and not what I was looking for. Also the pattern was not as distinct as shown --more mixed together color to me. I thought the pile was shorter so that was the reason for return.
