It was easy to use and blended well with many of my dishes, most recently broccoli soup, which turned out delicious. I also used this when making mashed potatoes and stuffing. I must say this broth went extremely well when making the stuffing. This broth adds a lite vegetable flavor to any dish. I would definetly recommend this Swanson vegetable broth! I will also be buying more. Great for vegans! Loved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a beef stew in the crockpot today using a sirloin steak. Along with veggies and seasoning I added in Swanson Vegetable Broth. I love cooking with Swansons broth and this is the first time I tried the vegetable. It worked out perfectly and my family loved the stew. I did not need it all so I was able to easily store in the fridge for making tomorrow’s dinner which I will use the leftover vegetable broth to make a gravy. I plan to use Swanson Vegetable broth from now on for my beef or veggie based soups in stews rather than beef broth. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. There is less waste than when I have to open 3 smaller cans for the same amount of broth. The broth is full flavored and makes cooking soup and stews a breeze. Just like homemade without all the work. This will be my go to broth when cooking, especially for my meat free family members.
